On March 1, 2023, FSSA and the Indiana Department of Administration recommended Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Humana Healthy Horizons in Indiana, Molina Healthcare of Indiana, and United Healthcare Community Plan for PathWays for Aging. Bulletin BT202321, dated March 9, 2023, names the same four and says the program will go live in 2024. On October 3, 2023, FSSA said Molina had been unable to secure a D-SNP contract with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and that the state will not offer Molina a contract. Readiness review continues with the other three. The retrieved pages do not print a solicitation number, evaluation scores, or a contract end date.
