Precapture collects continuously from state procurement portals, Medicaid agencies, CMS, and MACPAC. Each public fact cites its source.
FOR HEALTH PLAN LEADERS
Every procurement starts with information. Precapture makes it the knowledge that wins.
Medicaid managed care procurement intelligence for health plans
Precapture collects continuously from state procurement portals, Medicaid agencies, CMS, and MACPAC, and cites the page each fact came from. It compiles that record into state pages, procurement calendars, plan rosters, and a rebid watch. A plan-specific reading of each signal is for subscribers.
Public pages show the evidence. A plan-specific reading is for subscribers.
WHAT IT DOES
Public pages show the evidence and the capability. A plan-specific reading is for subscribers.
Precapture collects continuously from state procurement portals, Medicaid agencies, CMS, and MACPAC. Each public fact cites its source.
Those records are compiled into state pages, procurement calendars, plan rosters, and a rebid watch. Open examples are listed below.
An experienced plan-side reading says what a signal means for this plan, what is likely next, and what to do. That reading is for subscribers. It is not on the public pages.
The public feed still labels a separate Precapture analysis line. That line is a reading of the public record. It is not the plan-specific reading.
WHO DOES THE WORK
Less staff time on the watch. No retainer needed when Precapture carries it.
Market-intel staff read state portals, amendments, deadlines, awards, protests, and competitor moves. They brief plan leadership. The hours sit with the plan's staff.
A consultant or contractor adds a periodic brief. The plan's staff still check the sources, reconcile the brief, and carry it to leadership. The plan keeps a retainer.
Leaders read the cited public record: state pages, the procurement calendar, and the rebid watch. Precapture carries the ongoing watch. Less staff time. No retainer needed.
PRODUCT PROOF
These lines are already published, or they are lines from the recorded Indiana brief. Heat is verified activity. It is not a prediction of who wins.
Rebid & Incumbent Watch is a weekly brief. The recorded Indiana sample is the week ending October 23, 2026, for IDOA RFP 27-88343 (HIP, Hoosier Healthwise, Hoosier Care Connect, and PathWays for Aging). The same facts go to every approved organization. A sentence that begins with Precapture analysis is interpretation. A number in a fact has to appear in the source passage that supports it. If the number is missing from that passage, the brief leaves the fact out.
Proposals are due November 6, 2026 at 3:00 PM Eastern.
That line is from the recorded brief for the week ending October 23, 2026. The current public Indiana page records the withdrawal. The November 6, 2026 proposal date is not a live deadline while this solicitation is withdrawn.
The same brief keeps this compliance row because the figures sit in the quoted passage. The brief calls them curated extracts of the public 2025 PathWays EQRO report, and it says to confirm the PDF column headers before using a figure in a proposal.
The 2025 PathWays EQRO overall compliance standard score row reads 92.69% High, 98.46% High, and 99.23% High.
This is the deadline clock printed in that recorded brief. The dates are the ones read from the posted package for the week ending October 23, 2026. Months marked as targets are targets. July 2027 is a target month for the award recommendation. It is not an award.

The same watch reads the official procurement pages for Georgia, Texas, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and New York. North Carolina and New York do not yet have a cited signal on the public state page. Those pages say so.
Every factual item links to its source. Precapture analysis is labeled separately. Heat reflects verified activity, not a prediction of award outcome.
These counts are verified records, read from the cited files. The full coverage table lists every state, including states not yet verified, and the sources checked for each row. The monitoring line above is the latest source-check receipt. It is a separate measure from these counts.
