Request a pilot
Every procurement starts with information. Precapture makes it the knowledge that wins.
A 60–90 day pilot for one plan.
The pilot is a working stretch of the early-warning briefs, long enough for a capture team to use them on a live procurement and tell us what to change.
What the plan gets
For the markets in the pilot, the plan gets the early-warning briefs: the state and program, the contract dates we can cite, the predicted release window with its reasoning and confidence, incumbents, likely bidders and the evidence for each, prior procurement history, and the policy drivers on the record. Each fact cites its source. A field we cannot cite says unknown. The what-to-do paragraph is labeled analysis.
The public state pages stay available during the pilot. They are the shared record. The pilot brief is the plan's copy of the early-warning page. A sample brief shows the format before sign-in. The what-to-do paragraph on that page is an example placeholder.
What we ask
We ask for feedback on whether the brief is useful to the people who would actually use it, and for a reference if the pilot is useful. Feedback can be a short note. A reference is a sentence another plan's procurement lead can read. We do not ask for member data, claims, or a patient file.
How to ask
Placeholder. No public mailbox is confirmed on this site yet. Email [email protected] with the plan name, the states you want in the 60–90 day pilot, and a person we should reply to. That address is a placeholder, not a confirmed mailbox.
