On June 8, 2023, OHCA selected Aetna Better Health of Oklahoma, Humana Healthy Horizons of Oklahoma, and Oklahoma Complete Health for SoonerSelect medical plans. The release calls Oklahoma Complete Health a subsidiary of Centene Corporation and also names it for the children's specialty program. It says the contracts were competitively bid and have an initial term through June 30, 2025. Launch of the medical and children's specialty plans was expected in April 2024, subject to approval by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The release does not print a solicitation number or evaluation scores.
